Server Clone - queue

We have multiple servers that replicate/sync to other servers. We frequently get notices of Cloning Unable to proceed! because another clone is progress. Please consider adding a queue so that the n+1 request is not rejected, but rather placed in a queue to start after the current operation is finished.
