Monitoring individual site resource usage

Monit is setup for monitoring the server as a whole, but would be awesome to be able to have individual site usage of the pie of resources - specifically CPU, Memory, Disk
Use case: To monitor/see individual site disk usage primarily, but also would be useful to know if/when a specific site is spiking regularly in memory or cpu usage.

Bandwidth monitoring (in and out) is also important, especially when hosting multiple websites on a single server.

As an interim solution to a GridPain powered solution, maybe adding necessary tags to monitor through NewRelic would be a quick way to allow for PHP Application monitoring.

In the future, it can be also nice to be able to set limits for each website resources (Disk, CPU, and Ram)... But yes viewing the use is definitely more critical.
