Clone/Restore check for adequate free space

Restoring from an external backup requires enough free space to download the files once, and then copy them again to the live site folder - so 200% of the site size. A quick check to ensure there's free space before starting the restore would be very helpful and prevent servers from filling 100% disk space and crashing.
