Improvement - SSL

• New SSL commands are now in the UI: -
  - Primary domain on -no-dry-run
  - Primary domain on/off -no-db-rewrites
  - Alias domain on -no-dry-run
  - Redirect domain on -no-dry-run

Fixed - Cloudflare API Settings

• Changing DNS creds in the Settings not updating all sites

Fixed - Cloning

• Domain check and notice inside the UI when domain names already exist on the destination server
