Improve Staging to Live UX

Recently I pushed staging to live with a partial database. First time using that option, so I was cautious to not make a mistake.
The UX left me feeling a bit baffled. Attached is a graphic to walk through the experience.
In addition to the use of "Push Staging to live" and "Save" not conveying their true actions, the "No, Go Back" button will exit the process rather than returning to the prior window. "No, Cancel" would better communicate its action, although keeping the button "No, Go Back" and giving it "go back" functionality would be preferred.

To add one more thing:
When pushing Live to Staging (all files and complete database), the first "Push Staging to live" button does begin the push, which is good... but bad in the sense that there's no consistency. Sometimes it really starts the push, and other times it doesn't.
