Rename sylinks

When a site is moved from live to staging or vice-versa, symlinks are copied over but the sitename part of the directory in the target of the symlink is not changed. So for example, if you have /var/www/oldsite/htdocs/wp-content/db.php -> /var/www/oldsite/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/query-monitor/db.php, when the site is moved the symlink name changes to .../newsitename/..., but the target still refers to the file from the old site directory structure. It would be great if those targets were renamed too.
