HTTP Authentication - whitelist IPs on OLS

There is currently no option to whitelist IP addresses to bypass http authentication on OLS servers. Can you please implement a way to do this? Also, as localhost/127.0.0.1 and the server's own IP address are not automatically whitelisted (confirmed by Aon on the community portal) can this be set as the default or as an option to toggle on the dashboard?
