Enable Nginx Stub Status for Performance Monitoring

Enable Nginx Stub Status on the following endpoints for monitoring performance metrics.
localhost/status (Newrelic)
localhost/stub_status (Netdata)
localhost/nginx_status (Datadog, Nginx Amplify)
Only one is required, as each platform can be re-configured with a different stub status URL. However, if all are enabled, then there would be no need to make any changes at all.
