Enable NetData Multiple PHP-FPM Monitoring

Enable the tracking of multiple php-fpm processes based pools created for each system user.

Modifications to PHP-fpm configuration to expose status, as well as Nginx to provide access to data (localhost restricted of course) and then configure netdata (could be Gridpane users responsibility) via a script to modify Netdata phpfpm.conf

This will graph PHP pool usage over time.

It would be interesting to have a visual monitoring of the VPS through Netdata, it seems to be a free tool. More details here:

Netdata does a good (and free) job in giving you live and recent history insights about server performance.

It would be great to have it as part of the stack.

Also it should be possible having one point to check all of your gridpoint servers with it.
