I would love to see built-in support for dir quotas and reporting of when those quotas are reached. See this link for some detail on how to add it.

Also having a quota and an alert for data transfer/bandwidth usage would be welcome. This would allow for greater control and flexibility over which site is generating a lot of traffic and consuming the entire VPS plan, and even allow decision-making power for an upgrade.
