We clone from live to staging regularly for testing purposes. It would be useful if you provided a post-staging PHP code area so that we can update staging after the push so that it's ready for tests.
This would be useful for e.g. testing stripe payments in staging, but also for all 3rd party providers to configure the test environment settings.
It would also be useful to configure the wp-admin > settings > Reading setting to discourage search engines just in case any links ever leak.
