Multi Bundles per site (eg Core & site type)

I have a core set of plugins and theme(s) which form the main bundle which you deploy, which is great.
After the core, I have different type of sites, like eCommerce, gallery, blog, members etc, which all have their own set of plugins to install.
It would be great for each site install, if you could pick more than one bundle to allow for a core bundle and a site type bundle.
