I think you´re doing a great job with most KB articles. However sometimes I find there´s some info missing - which I would expect to be covered in the article.
In such a case it would / could be helpful if a person could mark the article as "helpful" or "not so helpful".
When clicking "not so helpful" - or something like that - you could comment what you think is missing.
This could help make the KB articles even better.

How about adding a feedback option at the bottom of every documenation page?
Just a simple feedback form, that you only guys will get to see, to make it easy for us to report a typo or suggest additions.
Makes it easy for us to help with documentation related stuff, without cluttering the support with tickets.

What I am missing, is what to do when I want to revert my actions. So how to de-exclude the page(s) from server caching... ;)
