Doc : how to migrate a site OUT of Gridpane

There is some guides to migrate sites TO Gridpane... but no guides to migrate websites OUT of Gridpane... (if it exists I didn't see it).
I would love one because there is a lot of little things that Gridpane adds (mu-plugins that generate "fatal errors" if not on a GP stack, little .php config files, etc)...
This would be really helpful for delivering websites on some client servers, and not forget anything.
