Adjust "GridPane Update" Slack post formatting for improved search results

Right now the GP update posts to Slack contain something like this:
Body: GridPane Update: The following site has been successfully created...
Server IP (META): xxxxxx
Site Url (META): url.com
Unfortunately, the meta fields are not viewable within Slack search - only the body. So you can't view all staging sites or site builds using search - the meta fields are shrunk by default when searching. Screenshot attached.
Perhaps replacing "the following site" with the URL would do the trick.
