Add server name in the "Site" settings page

For those who have the same site on multiple servers for testing, QA, failover etc. it would be nice if the site's Settings page would mention the server name.

That way we don't have to close the dialog for a final check before doing something important.

As a bonus, if the PHP version could be visible, it'd be great.
