Add cache exclusions in GP admin or Cache Helper Plugin

For Nonprofit donation pages and membership sites we need pages excluded from cache that are custom. For example, the donation page could be /give, /donations or any other name. We need the ability to add these exclusions from the WP admin (cache helper plugin) or the GP dashboard. This gives the client the ability to update their sites, add donation widgets to new pages and see which pages have been excluded.
