Select multiple bundles when creating a new site

Add option to select multiple bundles of themes and plugins when creating a new site.
This way you can have a bundle that you always include, and others that are specialized for different types of websites. For example, a bundle for WooCommerce and another for portfolio sites and a third for a corporate site.
Bundles will be smaller, and plugins will most likely not be part of multiple bundles.
