See runcloud as an example. Tracking params often you want the page still cached so would be nice to have granular control. Cache requires a visit but if that visit nisnfeom Google first they'll see your site as slow. Would be better if cache could be warmed via crawler. Looks like runcloud have this (have not used it so can't vouch that it works or works well however)
