Permit Non-WP Repository URLs in Bundles

It would be helpful to add support for URLs from a Google Drive for instance to install plugins/themes that are not in the WP Repository in Bundles.

Hey Gerson!
This is already available. You can pull a plugin or theme from any publicly accessible link. Some storage locations have quirks you need to work around though. Dropbox for example, you need to change dl=0 to dl=1 at the end of the url else it won't pull in.
