Owners should be able to force teams to use 2FA.
The basic idea is that it should be possible to make 2FA compulsory at the team level. So if I have three teams under my account, I want to be able to force everybody on one of those teams to use 2FA.
Once the setting is toggled on, the next time the members of that team try to log on, they'll each be required to go through the process of setting up 2FA.
It should be enabled at the team level because different teams represent different types of users with different levels of access.
It would be great to also be able to force individuals or the whole account, but the basic need is for teams.
This kind of setting is very common. You can look at Google Workspace or Slack for implementation examples.
