Enabling SSL Indicator

With the new update to the control panel, the SSL takes much longer to enable. This is fine but there is no spinner or indication it is still working. The notifications come and go saying it is working on it but nothing for a few minutes.
TLDR: Loader icon or spinner letting you know the SSL is still being generated.

UPDATE FROM GRIDPANE: This hasn't been implemented in a specific way suggested, but there are active indicators for ongoing SSL renewals.
