Change "servers list" API Endpoint

Change the "servers list" endpoint to list just information on the server page. Specifically the following pieces of information.

servername, ip, datacenter, status, provisioned

Currently, it takes upwards of 20 seconds for the "servers list" to return any data (6 servers total based on testing). The command "servers list" returns the full configuration for each server. This should be changed and a separate endpoint should be created for server configuration details.

This has a bug ticket already in, please report bugs via the correct channel. (it including whole sites etc etc)

Re configuration of level of detail, that is coming as parameter.
