Backup is missing mysql stored procs

The backup procedure is not archiving the stored procedures and the scheduled tasks that are (eventually) stored on mysql.
This is true also for site cloning

I have looked into the backup procedure and it uses mydumper.
The fix is really trivial to do, just add -G -E -R to the command to have procedures and triggers added
