Backup Concurrency (Cloning sites more than 1 at same time)

There is a backup concurrency option in the server's customizer tab, but clones are limited to a single site at a time.
Is there a setting we can change to allow for more threads to handle cloning? For example some hypervisors have a setting for the max number of simultaneous live migrations or replications.
If you have the hardware to support more activity it would be nice to take advantage of it.
