Whenever I make the slightest change on any of my sites, it eventually breaks the layout of many pages on that respective site.
It would be so much simpler to have the option to have an auto-purge so any changes on the site clears the cache.

It unfortunately doesn't go far enough. These are the current options (attached). So only the homepage will be purged when a post or custom post type is modified.
However, I'd love the option of all pages being purged upon modification.
Also, I use Elementor and I'm not sure if Nginx Helper can see when I modify a page that way.
