Adjust the frequency of backups

By default, websites are backed up every hour, every day and every week. I miss the opportunity to set this up in advance. A daily backup is sufficient for many of my websites.

If I don't need extra backups, why would I leave it active? The more backups, the more load on the server.

What's the harm in more backups? They're incremental and should take up almost no space or resources.
