Add Server type labels when adding and listing servers

When adding (or listing) a server plan, it would help if it also showed what type of server it was. E.g. Vultr has Cloud Compute and High Frequency which Gridpane mixes up into a single list. As more server types appear, this problem will get worse. If you ever do AWS EC2s (please) then that list would impossible to identify which instance was being installed.
